Prior to entering the legal field, Blair led fan support operations at Tixr, where she managed high-volume service workflows, redesigned knowledge-base systems, and implemented process improvements that significantly enhanced customer satisfaction. Her clear communication, operational efficiency, and empathetic client interaction skills translate directly to her role in supporting attorneys and clients in a legal setting.

Blair’s professional experience also includes international program coordination and educational roles in both the United States and abroad. She has worked with nonprofit and mission-based organizations in India and with culturally diverse communities in educational settings, developing strong intercultural communication skills and a deep commitment to service. These experiences inform her collaborative approach and her ability to work effectively with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
