Daniel Headrick is a Tennessee native and graduate of the University of Tennessee, at Knoxville who practices in our Atlanta, Georgia office. Daniel has tried numerous jury and bench trials successfully on behalf of clients since he began practice in 2007. He practices widely in commercial and general tort litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. Daniel is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, Texas, and Georgia. He is admitted to all Federal courts in Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Daniel has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of College School of Law in contract drafting and pretrial litigation. Additionally, Daniel is a former fellow of the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics, which was an intensive academic focus on the ethics of ministers in Germany during the Second World War.
