Alan is an associate attorney in the firm’s Knoxville office. His practice centers on civil litigation, having defended professionals and firms in complex malpractice actions, represented clients in federal civil rights matters, and handled disputes involving business litigation, products liability, and other matters. He has also appeared before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Tennessee, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Alan earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2019 and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2015. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Alabama.

He is active in the Knoxville Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
